How can I return my item?

You can return items to us for a refund up to 14 days after your goods are received, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you, the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. A full refund will be issued. Please contact us via our contact page stating your name and order.

Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery.

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on any pierced jewellery if the hygiene seal has been broken.

 If the return does not comply with the applicable law, we reserve the right to redeem the jewellery at 30% of the initial value.

Please allow up to 10 days for your returned items to be refunded.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Items purchased with a discount code or voucher are still eligible for return/exchange.

I am experiencing difficulties trying to place my online order, what should I do?

What information will I receive when I place my order?

Once you have placed your online order you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase(s) and the click and collect date, if applicable. If there are likely to be any delays in sending your order, we will email you.

 

Can I change my order?

It depends at which stage your order has reached. We do try to process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them on time.

If you find you need to change your order, you should call us immediately on +4(0) 755 855 325. As there may be an opportunity to make the changes you require.

If the order is already in progress in our warehouse then it will not be possible to make changes and the order will be sent as it was placed. Our team will of course help you resolve any issues this may present.

 

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Violeta Jewellery accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal.

How do I return a faulty item?

Violeta's Jewellery Team check all items before sending and the items pass quality control, but if you think your item is failing, you can send your item to us to get your item evaluated.

Please sign for registered delivery and include a cover letter indicating what issues/faults you have with your item.

If your item is found to be faulty any charges incurred in posting the item to us will be refunded.

 

When will my card be charged?

Violeta Jewellery will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address are verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is ready to ship out (unless purchasing a made-to-order item).

 

How is VAT charged?

The VAT is calculated based upon the final shipping destination.

 

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

For security reasons, your order cannot be collected on your behalf. You will need to bring a copy of your email confirmation, a form of identification and the card used to purchase your online order.

Violeta Jewellery has a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults on diamond jewellery, silver jewellery is guaranteed for one year.
