Refunds Policy:
To return your item please contact us via the Contact Us Form. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and undamaged and must be returned in their original packaging. We do not cover postage for the returns. Refunds will only be processed after evaluation. Please keep a receipt for proof of postage. We do not accept refunds on custom made jewellery.
Please note that we are not responsible and liable for lost and damaged parcels. Please contact us via the Contact Us Form if your parcel has been lost. Please note that we are only able to process a refund once we receive a refund from Royal Mail and the amount we receive from Royal Mail.
We are now offering a 1 year warranty. This means that if your jewellery gets damaged within the first year of you receiving it, you are eligible for a free wire re-wrap. Please note, that this jewellery is handmade and delicate, therefore, please take care of it to prevent any damages to the wire. Make sure you read our “jewellery after care” guide. Please note if you do need your necklace re-wrapped you will have to cover the postage costs.
Terms of service:
Please allow 48 hours for your purchase to be packaged and posted to you. Once posted, you will receive a tracking number via email provided at checkout.
